  September 30,2021 (Thursday) Today we had Maya mam's class in the first hour and mam gave the work in Google classroom to complete the class notebook and also mam asked to study the IPR portions and mam will conduct an exam tomorrow. Later we had Ancy mam's class and mam just gave basic information about how to make Google forms. As on October 4, the college reopens so mam just gave the general information and told that the class will be continued after coming to the college as we are dealing with maths-related topic statistics. The last hour was taken by Joju sir and the remaining seminars were conducted. Today Natural science department presented their seminar. Thus ended the day and only 3 days left for the reopening of the college. Thank god for this beautiful day...................

  September 29,2021 (Wednesday) Today the first hour was optional and Meekha mam assigned us some work that we have to do. In the second hour, we had Joju sir's class and Physical science optional class presented their seminars and finished it off. Sir mentioned that on October 4 if we are having the college then all will be happy or sad, actually I like to come to the college but at the same time, I don't want to come also. The mind is in a dilemma that To be or not to be.  The last hour was handled by Ancy mam and mam continued the statistics topic today mam taught us correlation and it's different types they are: 1) positive correlation 2) Negative correlation 3) Zero correlation As the class ends mam asks everyone to on their camera to see us.                                                                   Thank god for this wonderful day............

  September 28, 2021 ( Tuesday ) the day started with Ancy mam and with a prayer song by Jis the class began today mam taught us a new topic "Statistics ". And mam asked to complete the notes from the google classroom as she had posted the PowerPoint in the google classroom. The next hour was by George sir ( Health and Physical Education ) and sir today taught us about the tournaments and the different kinds of tournaments they are- League tournaments, Knockout tournaments, League- Cum Knockout tournaments and knockout Cum league tournaments.  In the evening we had a Webinar of Kerala University English teacher Educators Forum (KUETEF) on the topic "Models of Teaching" it was a very informative session by E K  Jijan sir assistant professor of Mount Tabor Training College.  Thank god for this wonderful day...............

  September 27,2021 (Monday) Today as it was a hartal day there was no strike for an online class and the class started at the correct time itself. The day started with Joju sir and we had a small activity in the jam board by giving positive quotes. Then the seminar presentation continues. The physical science optional presented it today. Sir gave spelling and reading class by giving some words - Nature, Session, Section, uninterested (not interested) and disinterested ( not influenced in any situation). The next hour was taken by Maya mam. Today's topic was peace education.  Peace is a balance of being. Then mam presented the Powerpoint presentation and talked about peace in a broader sense. Moderation is the key to inner peace, a balance of everything is what makes food tastes likewise a balance of life gives peace. The last hour was byMeekha mam ( optional ) class.   September 25,2021 (Saturday) Due to a leave-on Monday we had a class on Saturday to compensate for the class. The first hour was by Joju Sir and he introduced new technology to us that is the" Jam board" which sir learned from one of the insights in-depth sessions. And sir shared what he had learned to us. It was a new experience for me and I haven't heard of anything like this before.  Sir shared the link and asked us to stick messages, images, quotes etc. It was a fun activity to do. Then the seminar presentations continued. The next hour was taken by Maya mam and mam continued on the topic of population education.  Sustainable development and the causes of population explosion were also discussed. The last hour was by Meekha mam (optional) and continued with the  Reading and reflection by Anjitha and Georgeena.  Thank god for this wonderful day..............

    September 24,2021 ( Friday ) The day started with a prayer song by subash. After the prayer, Giby mam did a questioning session to brush up on the terms that we learned in the last class. Today a new topic was thought that comes under the learning. 1) Association theory 2) Cognitive theory In between the class suddenly mam asked a question, why chapati raise while cooking but dosa is not rising up? Ans: The correct answer was that the dissolved water in the dough evaporates and collects together to form small bubbles which then form into a large bubble. But in the case of Dosa, the air bubbles escape and forming it flat. And at last, mam told that all of us should be like Dosa and not like chapati. The next hour was Meekha mam (optional), today it was a seminar and Reading and Reflection. The last hour was by Maya mam and mam taught us about "Population Education, demography , causes of population explosion, and its remedies etc Thank god for this beautiful day................

  September 23,2021 ( Thursday) The first hour was taken by Maya mam and today we held with a new topic "Population explosion". It was an interactive session as mam asked questions and gave space to share our opinion also. As the class ends mam gave a small homework also that is to find the countries with the highest land areas and their population. The next hour was by Ancy mam and mam held with the topic "Evolution of education in Kerala" and gave same important points also. The last hour was by Joju sir and today also seminar presentation continues today it was the turn of social science. And the topic was "Grading system vs Marking system". Everyone did their presentations very well.                                                                        Thank God for this wonderful day........

 September 22,2021 (Wednesday) After 4 days of leave we had our online classes today, the first hour was by Meekha mam our optional period and today, It was my turn to do the Reading and Reflection and I did it successfully my Topic was - International Perspectives on Teaching the Four Skills in ELT, that is Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening skills. Later Priyanka did her seminar and today mam asked questions from the seminar also. Then mam gave the instructions for submitting our works when the college reopens. The next hour was by Joju sir and today the Malayalam optional class did their presentation on the topic "grading system" they did not complete it as the time runs, balance people will continue in the next class.  The last hour was by Ancy mam and the last presentation was done and later mam asked everyone about their classwork completion and asked everyone to update the book and mam will check it tomorrow.                                                      T

  September 17,2021 ( Friday ) The day started with Gibi mam's class and mam taught the Topic "Transfer of learning". It is the carryover of Knowledge to skill, behaviour, attitude, aptitude etc from one situation to another. There are 5 types of transfer they are: 1) Positive transfer - It is the previously learned things that benefit the subsequent learning. 2) Negative transfer - If the earlier learned things hinder the new situation. 3) Zero transfer - If there is no impact on further learning. 4) Vertical transfer - If the earlier learned benefits immediately to the next level. 5) Horizontal transfer - Skills which is used for further learning and its benefits for the future also. In the next hour, we had our optional class and Caran did her seminar presentation and Sreepriya did her Reading and Reflection.  The last hour was handled by Maya mam and mam taught a new topic Inclusive Education.   September 16,2021 (Thursday) The day started with Maya mam's class and mam taught about Intellectual Property Rights, Its need and types. It was an informative and useful session for our Projects, Thesis etc. The next hour was by Ancy mam and mam assigned the work to do in Google classroom. We have to write the answer and have to post it in the classroom it was today's task. The last hour was by Joju sir and we English department continued with the seminar and finished it off.                                                                 Thank God for this beautiful day...............

  September 15,2021 (Wednesday) The day started with. Meekha mam our optional class and Uttara did her seminar about networking, wiki, blog etc Then mam gave some important points about critical pedagogy by Paulo Freire. Critical pedagogy is a teaching philosophy that invites educators to encourage students to critique structures of power and oppression. And its important characteristics also were taught by mam problem causing education, dialogue etc. The class was so engaged today. The second hour was handled by Joju sir and we continued with our class seminar presentations. Today sir had a condition that we should stop was presentations before 5 minutes and we all were in a rush to stop in time. The last hour was by Ancy mam and we had a discussion class and mam asked us to study the University Education Commission for an essay and tomorrow we will be having the exam.   September 14,2021 (Tuesday) day started with a prayer by our sister for the whole world to overcome this pandemic situation. The first hour was by Ancy mam and we continued with the discussion, today the discussion was by physical science and their topic was Kothari Commission. Mam asked to complete the notes with the important points.  The next hour was by Giby mam and mam continued the topic learning and its different types of learning. Factors affecting learning and also Plateau which means, It is a period where no learning takes place.  The last hour was handled by George sir and the topic was "Tournaments". I felt nostalgic for my school sports tournaments and how we had gone to different schools for taking part in the Tournaments. And when I surfed I got an old photo from Facebook stating my achievements in school which were posted in 2014. Thank god for this memorable day...…
