                         January 29,2021(Friday) first-hour by Maya mam and we learned about the different types or the different characters of students in a classroom. A short video message was shown by the mam that we all should be like coffee bean because even though they are ground and boiled in water the colour and fragrance will not change and it enhances the tastes. Like that all human should face every difficult situation positively. Ancy mam came in the next hour and gave notes of psychology. The next period was of Giby mam and she taught about Freud and psychoanalytical theory. And we discussed bout Hitler and his rude behaviour to society. Then Joju sir came to the class with a PowerPoint presentation.  Next was the optional period. at the last physical education hour, We played a circle game and got a class snap.                      ...

           January 28, 2021 (Thursday) started with the Yoga class which was demonstrated by a sir who came from outside. He gave an energising class and became a relief to many-body problems. Then Maya mam taught as about the competency and suddenly asked a dancer to come forward and Priyanka of our class had gone and she was asked to dance on the spot with another girl joined her by a song. the time came for our first-class program we all rehearsed well and it was the republic day celebration performance held by the college union. After full practice, we all dressed in the colour of our national flag and first it was the Malayalam department who participated next was the English department and we rocked the stage with dance and a song.                            27th January 2021 (Wednesday) The day started off very well with a practice session of the upcoming event.  Then we had Giby mam's class and today we a lively class session that mam sings the song "eshtam allada anik eshtam allada" which gave a reference to say no to the Id, Ego and Superego which were the three mental stages of human life.                                                                                     REPUBLIC DAY    26th January 2021 (Tuesday) the day on which the constitution of India came into force. As a proud Indian citizen, I had headed my way to the college. We helped with the arrangements for the National flag hoisting and ready for the flag hoisting. As our principal sir was on leave Gibi mam was the In-charge and mam came forward and hoisted the flag.  We all saluted our national flag and sung the Jana Gana Mana song.                                   25th January 2021 (Monday) started with an online class of Physical Education and we all know the importance of daily physical activities and how it helps and maintain our physical condition of the body. So the class started with a message about the importance of doing physical activities in our daily life. Yoga helps to improve our concentration and also for being positive and energetic.  "Bhramari Pranayama" is a part of Pranayama and it is also known as humming bee breath as if we close our ears we hear a humming bee sound inside the ear. It helps to get focused. Today's last session was Tintu mam's optional period and it was the seminar day.                                        January 22, 2021 (Friday ) Wonders arose into my thought that how physical education be conducted online. The day started with our George sir of physical education. The session started with full of doubts, and sir asked about the previous physical education class experience everyone gave a positive response. Sir begun the class with yoga posture named "Pranayama" sir gave the hand gestures and instructions and the breathe control etc..      Ancy mam lead as the next hour and continued with the theory session.            January 21,2021 started with the online class of Tintu mam (optional) and mam continued with the topic discussion TPR (total physical response) and the class deals with its definitions and concepts. The next class was by Ancy mam and the session was about Piaget's theory of intellectual development. Then a girl sang a beautiful song and later I enquired her name and found it as Fathima. Then Joju sir thought about the technology subjects. The topic was the advantages and disadvantages of technology in the modern era. The whole class was given chances to mark their opinion.                                    THE FIRST DAY OF BEd: A NEW BEGINNING After a lot of struggle, I got admission to the Mar Theophilus Training College (MTTC) in the second allotment to start my BEd career. A new beginning in my life. 18 Jan 2021 marked a memorable day in the college. As I am an Ivanios product started my college career in Mar Ivanios college for 3 year BA course and continued for MA in the same college which intended me to choose the same campus. As I got the admission a bit late and already the college started the 2020-2022 batch on 6-1-21.
