World Water Day - March 22

 

        March 22, 2021(Monday) The day started with a prayer in our college chapel, with a positive vibe I entered the General class and the first two hours were taken by Maya mam and mam gave a brief description of today's importance - 22 March is World Water Day. Then mam taught different terms related to Culture. They are- Cultural Lag, Cultural Diffusion, Enculturation, Acculturation, Cultural Inertia, Sanskritisation and Role of Education with regard to culture. After that mam conducted the seminar on English Optionals.





The next hour was engaged by Benedict Sir and sir first gave a gist of the previous class and brushed up our memory. Then sir gave a difference between Probing and Redirection. Probing means the ability of a teacher to provide some clues to the students so that the thought process of the student will e focused. Redirection means shifting from one student to another student. The term Appreciation means it's giving any kind of recognition at the end of the successful response of the student. It is an act of reinforcement. Then sir discussed the 4th Sub Skills:- Explanation. 


After the lunch break, we had Meekha mam's class (Optional) in that period we had our micro-teaching class and all did their teaching very well. All the Union members were called for a meeting in the seminar hall and we were given time for our Dubsmash practice. When we are out for the way home the Rain drizzled over us with some love and I enjoyed the beauty of raining over the Bethany Hills.

                     January 11, 2022 ( Tuesday )I reached the school at 9 20 and signed the attendance sheet. My friend was on leave today so I took her period also. She had the first hour and I took her period as substitution, it was 9th A-class and the chapter I dealt with them was "The last leaf".                                     I enjoyed each and every experience in the school and it was really interesting. Sleepless Nights of Commission - 28 Sept

                           The day arrived that the Commission had a huge hurdle that had to be crossed. I had my General and Physical viva on 27th it went smoothly without any problem and I also had my class external evaluation today I was a little bit tensed but managed to overcome it. I have optional viva left thank god it has to go smoothly.

Onam Vanallo - Sept 2

                               After a long break of 30 days, we are back at the college and the Onam vacation begins today. I am so happy that it was our first Onam at MTTC due to the Covid spread last year. Really enjoyed it with the friends and Mttc members. Tata bye bye college for the break of 10 days ............
