Physical and Mental Fitness - May 21
May 21,2021 ( Friday ) day started with a speech by Biji our classmate after the recovery from a major accident thank god for this speedy recovery. As George sir was taking the topic of Physical fitness Biji was really a good example of Physical and Mental fitness.
The next class is by Giby mam and mam taught us about creativity and defence mechanism. Mam explained the topic with life examples which was so useful to remember.
The last class was by Meekha mam and we discussed the topic Blooms taxonomy - Cognitive, Affective and Psychomotor. Thus ended the class.
