Digital Teachers - June 02

 

June 02, 2021 (Wednesday) the first hour was taken by Joju sir. Sir taught about the digital era teachers, twentieth-century learning, changing role of teachers, the paradigm shift etc. Education is central human resource development, both the poor quality of education can not be separated from the responsibility of a teacher in the transfer of knowledge to the students as the potential future generation. In the globalization era, teachers are required to be able to master ICT learning primarily in the manufacture of devices and media as a source of learning and it is unfortunate when developed countries have long used media technologies in learning, we are still teaching but in ways that conventional. Regulation on improving the competence of teachers in ICT mastery of the obvious, but there are still teachers who have not been able to use a computer let alone make the media in the form of macro media is still lacking. 



 The next hour was continued by the optional hour and continued the seminar topic.

                     January 11, 2022 ( Tuesday )I reached the school at 9 20 and signed the attendance sheet. My friend was on leave today so I took her period also. She had the first hour and I took her period as substitution, it was 9th A-class and the chapter I dealt with them was "The last leaf".                                     I enjoyed each and every experience in the school and it was really interesting. Sleepless Nights of Commission - 28 Sept

                           The day arrived that the Commission had a huge hurdle that had to be crossed. I had my General and Physical viva on 27th it went smoothly without any problem and I also had my class external evaluation today I was a little bit tensed but managed to overcome it. World Water Day - March 22

           March 22, 2021(Monday) The day started with a prayer in our college chapel, with a positive vibe I entered the General class and the first two hours were taken by Maya mam and mam gave a brief description of today's importance - 22 March is World Water Day. Then mam taught different terms related to Culture. They are- Cultural Lag, Cultural Diffusion, Enculturation, Acculturation, Cultural Inertia, Sanskritisation and Role of Education with regard to culture. After that mam conducted the seminar on English Optionals. The next hour was engaged by Benedict Sir and sir first gave a gist of the previous class and brushed up our memory. Then sir gave a difference between Probing and Redirection. Probing means the ability of a teacher to provide some clues to the students so that the thought process of the student will e focused.
