Oratory club - June 03

 

June 03, (Thursday) the day started with George sir and sir taught us the yoga section today. We learned Vajrasana, Yogamudra and Bhujangasana. It was really a tough task to do but we managed to do it. Vajrasana is one of the basic level yoga postures for Meditation. It is good for the entire digestive system because this helps the conditions like acidity and peptic ulcer. It improves blood circulation to the pelvic region. Therefore it strengthens the region which is good for conditions like hernia and piles.



 

Then it was the oratory club inauguration. The inauguration of the reading and oratory club was done by Dr Asha A.K. It was a nice talk on the secrets of English language command. It was a useful session.
