FUN DAY - March 01

 

        March 01,2021(Monday)the day started with the phonetic lab session by Aleena and she introduced two new words "Tour" and "Castle" for the other optional classmates. The first hour Meekha mam continued with the remaining seminars.



The next hour was continued by the Principal about micro-teaching and taught about the multi-sensory approach and taught about the different kinds of learners - Auditory, Kinesthetic, Visual etc.

Then sir moved to the topic of Skill of questioning and discussed the types of question which are of three kinds they are Lower, Middle and Higher-order. With an example he gave an idea of how to frame a question, it should be simple and moreover effective. Questions can be of closed or open type.




The afternoon session was once again followed by the optional. Then we got a message from the principal that as part of the closing of the camp session all the students will be provided with "Payasam". The day ends sweetly.




                        Thank God for this sweet day.......................

                     January 11, 2022 ( Tuesday )I reached the school at 9 20 and signed the attendance sheet. My friend was on leave today so I took her period also. She had the first hour and I took her period as substitution, it was 9th A-class and the chapter I dealt with them was "The last leaf".                                     I enjoyed each and every experience in the school and it was really interesting. Sleepless Nights of Commission - 28 Sept

                           The day arrived that the Commission had a huge hurdle that had to be crossed. I had my General and Physical viva on 27th it went smoothly without any problem and I also had my class external evaluation today I was a little bit tensed but managed to overcome it. I have optional viva left thank god it has to go smoothly.

World Water Day - March 22

           March 22, 2021(Monday) The day started with a prayer in our college chapel, with a positive vibe I entered the General class and the first two hours were taken by Maya mam and mam gave a brief description of today's importance - 22 March is World Water Day. Then mam taught different terms related to Culture. They are- Cultural Lag, Cultural Diffusion, Enculturation, Acculturation, Cultural Inertia, Sanskritisation and Role of Education with regard to culture. After that mam conducted the seminar on English Optionals. The next hour was engaged by Benedict Sir and sir first gave a gist of the previous class and brushed up our memory. Then sir gave a difference between Probing and Redirection. Probing means the ability of a teacher to provide some clues to the students so that the thought process of the student will e focused.
